Tablelands Regional Council is running a series of free one-hour workshops to help navigate the human resources (HR) landscape.
‘Businesses expect their staff to be high performing team members who follow direction and are great for business, 100% of the time’ said Councillor Dave Bilney.
‘If you’re a business owner and your reality is not meeting your expectations, then this session will provide you with the knowledge and skills to make it happen.
‘The ‘HR — The Good, The Bad and The Ugly’ sessions will help you avoid industrial relations pitfalls, have difficult conversations, establish good HR practices and find information and help.
‘These sessions show our ongoing support for business in our region and we will continue to have business support sessions and programs throughout the year.
‘Register now for one of the HR sessions in Atherton, Ravenshoe or Malanda.
‘Places are limited so don’t delay,’ said Councillor Bilney.

- 5.30–6.30pm Wednesday 21 April. Malanda Coworking and Wellness Centre, 19 James Street.
